Rural Community Care Network (RCCN), a company limited by guarantee with charitable status, operates a proven, quality-assured and cost-effective model for implementing home care for the elderly. Rural Community Care Networks model is based upon initial and ongoing assessment of individual needs, tailored home care based upon those needs, the use of highly trained and accredited carers, and prudent and accountable management of finances. Rural Community Care Network has partnered with the HSE to successfully implement and manage home care provision in Limerick city and County for over 500 individual clients.
